What will your company get in return of sponsoring a hole?
What will your company get in return for this package?
This week (and the run up to this week) is the busiest time at Glencorse Golf Club. From members out on the course, to the heightened activity on our social media and communications going out to members.
We would love to work with a sponsor who could benefit from raising their profile across the month of June, and in particular the week of the 12th June (please note that this date flexes depending on the fixtures meeting in Nov each year.
What will your company get in return?
Throughout the season we run competitions every weekend and regularly on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
There is huge demand for our competitions and we attract a large proportion of our members to these competitions.
What we can offer for sponsorship of £100.
Throughout the golf season, we run a number of Open Events where we attract golfers from other local clubs.
Our events include:
* Men's Open
* Ladies Open
* Senior Open
* Junior Open
For the sponsorship fee of £250 you can choose to sponsor one of our open events and in return you will get:
Whilst we are a golf club, and focus mainly on our golfing members, the course and the competitions, we also like to make sure we are continuing to support the local community and the area our course covers.
A lot of our events fundraise for charities. The charities are nominated by our members and in 2023 we are raising funds for Epilepsy Scotland from our Ladies Section Events. This also includes a charity bunker at the 8th hole - which means a donation of 50p for each time you go in it!
We also started an initiative this year - Plant A Tree in '23 - where our junior section are helping to regenerate the trees that we have sadly lost over the last couple of winters where we've had some strong winds. This is a great initiative to help support the sustainability of the grounds and protect our course from all elements in the future.
Glencorse Golf Club has been concentrating on building a diverse membership over the past 3-4 years. This has started to change our profile of members to include a younger age demographics and has brought in a lot more families playing golf.
Our member communications can vary, and we utilise a number of different ways to get messages to our membership:
We have a really good open rate of our emails proving that we have an engaged audience.
More information on numbers can be provided on request.
We'd love to speak to you more and answer any of your questions.
